很多公司总是对员工宣传公司就是你家，让你忽略了真实的商业合同关系。

这是资本家的一种伪装，平时让你贡献更多，而当你不被需要的时候又按照真实的商业合同关系处理。

我觉得这段话说的很好：

所以我觉得人类还是得有另外的更接近家庭的组织，而不能把那么多宝贵的时间奉献给公司。
